Getting Started

Step One:
First your group will need to decide which Event that will work best.

The right Event will make your group the most money! Pick the Event that fits your sales Staff. Generally, people are more motivated to sell what they like and want best.

Step Two: (Click here to schedule your own event)
Next your group needs to schedule (along with our representatives) a photography date. Simply contact our office and reserve a photo date. 1-866-850-9939 toll free Or fill out our Promo Info Form Here online. All certificates need to be sold for this photo date. We have weekend dates available as well as weekday dates. This date should be 3-4 weeks from the start date. This gives your group time to make lots of money!!

Step Three:
Enfocus Fundraising will send your group everything needed for sales and marketing.

• Certificates
• Fliers
• Schedules
• Bonus tracking sheets for tracking your group member sales bonuses.
• Posters

Step Four:
Sell certificates. Each person buying must receive the Certificate. Being sure to fill out and retain stubs on certificates. These will be your record of sales

Step Five:
Schedule all appointments for the photo date. Remember to confirm appointments a day or two before the photo date.

Step Six:
Return all stubs, schedule and $5 for each certificate to our office one week before photo date. (We will return the $5 for each sitting photographed) Be sure to keep a copy of the schedule for your record. Also return Bonus Tracking Sheet, for proper sales bonus credits.
